Sean Autry is a licensed CPA in the state of California, with nearly 15 years of accounting experience, including over a decade in public accounting. His extensive expertise spans technical accounting, financial analysis, internal controls, and tax preparation and strategy.

Sean began his career at Deloitte, one of the world’s largest professional services firms, where he developed a strong foundation in auditing and financial reporting, working with clients in the investment management, financial, and construction industries. He went on to serve as Senior Accountant and later Director of Corporate Accounting at LoanDepot, a leader in the mortgage industry, where he oversaw complex financial reporting, internal controls, and corporate consolidations.

Driven by a passion for helping small businesses, Sean made the conscious decision to leave the corporate world and bring his expertise directly to business owners. He founded PlushStone Advisory to provide the kind of high-level financial analysis and strategic guidance typically reserved for large companies. Sean takes pride in partnering with small businesses, offering tailored solutions in tax strategy, financial reporting, and accounting that help his clients thrive.

Charish Paguntalan, CPA

Accounting Manager

Charish Paguntalan is a licensed CPA with extensive experience managing accounting operations for large national companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Ateneo de Davao University, where she developed the strong technical foundation that has guided her successful career.

Charish joined PlushStone after gaining valuable experience at the international accounting firm Grant Thornton and as an accounting professional at Dole Philippines, Inc. As the Accounting Manager at PlushStone Advisory, Charish oversees all aspects of accounting operations, including reviewing and approving financial statements, identifying accounting process needs, and implementing effective solutions. She ensures the accuracy and integrity of client accounting records, providing technical expertise and leadership in financial reporting and internal controls.

Prior to joining PlushStone, Charish managed treasury, accounts payable, and compliance functions at Dole Philippines, with a focus on SOX compliance, fixed asset management, and cash flow optimization. Her high-level technical accounting expertise, combined with her ability to manage complex accounting processes, ensures that PlushStone clients receive the highest quality service.

With a deep understanding of financial systems and a passion for delivering accurate, reliable results, Charish plays a key role in maintaining the financial health of our clients.

Noel Allanaraiz

Accounts Payable Manager & Accounting Support

Noel Allanaraiz brings over five years of experience in accounts payable to PlushStone Advisory, where he manages and oversees all accounts payable processes. His role is critical in ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and vendors, while also maintaining accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.

In addition to his expertise in accounts payable, Noel plays an important role in supporting our accounting operations. He assists with the month-end close process for various clients and contributes to the preparation of detailed financial statements. His strong background in accounting, honed through his studies in Accounting and Business/Management at the University of San Carlos, gives him a comprehensive understanding of financial management.

He has successfully streamlined accounts payable processes and improved claims resolution strategies, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. Shainna Khaila Bereber

Senior Accountant

Shainna Khaila Bereber joined PlushStone Advisory shortly after the company was formed and has become an invaluable member of the accounting team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Management and brings a meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of her work.

As Senior Accountant, Shainna oversees the junior accounting team and manages the month-end close process. She is highly focused on ensuring the quality and timeliness of client financial statements and takes painstaking care to maintain the accuracy of the accounting records she oversees. Shainna’s dedication to excellence has made her the “quarterback” of our accounting team, leading efforts to deliver consistent, reliable financial reporting.

Gemmie Estrera

Junior Accountant

Gemmie Estrera holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management Accounting. As a junior accountant at PlushStone Advisory, Gemmie plays a crucial role in maintaining the day-to-day accounting operations for our clients. She is responsible for ensuring that accounting transactions are up to date and assists with the month-end close process.

Janilla Lopez

Accounts Payable Specialist

Janilla Lopez graduated from Pangasinan State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management & Supervision. She originally joined PlushStone Advisory as an administrative assistant, but her strong skillset and attention to detail quickly earned her a promotion to Accounts Payable specialist.

In her current role, Janilla is responsible for processing accounts payable invoices for our clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. She also supports the preparation and filing of sales tax returns, contributing to the smooth operation of clients’ financial processes. Janilla’s quick efficiency and keen sense for detail make her an essential part of the team at PlushStone.
